Pogo 44

Description

Let's start with the most characteristic of the new Pogo 44: his T-shaped deckhouse and its blinded portholes that allow you to look ahead. Straight out of the excellent Pogo 36, they are becoming a real trademark of Pogo Structures. In fact, this Pogo 44 looks like the worthy big brother of the 36.

Tiller bars or wheel bars

Designed by the Finot-Conq naval architect firm, it will be equipped with a large cockpit and can be fitted with either tiller bars or wheel bars.

The pivoting keel is also in the continuity of the latest generations of Pogo, as are the accommodations, which will be sober but nevertheless comfortable enough for family cruising.

Let's not forget that despite their meticulous infusion construction, the care taken in centering the weights and lowering the center of gravity (floors inscribed in the foredeck), Pogo's are indeed cruisers first and foremost. But cruisers capable of gliding in less than fifteen knots of wind, and to withstand a well-established breeze without flinching. We were able to see this very recently in a strong mistral!
